Business Manager
Toni Langdon

Toni L. Langdon is business manager of Illinois Issues and Center Publications, Center for State Policy and Leadership. She is responsible for the annual budget and handles all payroll and billing. She also manages the magazine’s contract and grant accounts and assists with fundraising. She joined Illinois Issues in April 2005. Previously, she worked in the payroll office for the University of Illinois at Springfield. She also has served as the business manager of WUIS, the public radio station at UIS. She has a bachelor’s degree in business from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston.
